Some decisions need more than a meeting.
You don't rethink your strategy between two calls. And the questions that matter most rarely fit in a board meeting:
How do we get growth back on track after the raise?
Do we enter a new market, and which one first?
What does our team need to look like in 18 months?
How do I move from running everything myself to leading the company?
Where do we focus, now that we can't do everything?
Founder Weeks give you three full days, the right people around you and no distractions to work on exactly that.
What it is
Three days of working on your own business, together with a small group of founders at the same stage and experienced mentors who've been through it. You bring your biggest challenge, and you leave with decisions and a plan.
What it isn't
Not a conference. Not a retreat with yoga and keynotes. Not a course. No speakers, no slides, no sponsors. Everyone works, everyone contributes.
A group that's facing what you're facing
We compose every group by hand. Each edition is built around one stage or challenge, for example founders who just raised their Series A, so everyone at the table is working on something comparable and can genuinely help each other.
8–10 founders of software & AI companies.
Selected on stage, ambition and challenge.
No competitors in the same group.
Mentors who've done it before
Every edition has a small team of mentors: founders, operators and investors who've built and scaled software companies themselves. They work with you one-on-one and in small groups, on your business, not on generic advice. Mentors are matched to the challenges in the group.

How it works
Apply
Tell us about your company and the challenge you want to work on.
Intro call
A 30-minute call to check if the group and timing are right for you.
Preparation
A few weeks before, you write down your challenge and share key context. We match mentors to the group and send you the program.
Follow-up
A group call after 30 days to check in: what have you done, what came up, where are you stuck?
Three days together
The three days at the heart of the program, from the challenge you arrive with to the decision you leave with.
Sharpen
Every founder shares their challenge with the group. Not a pitch, but the real story. With mentors and peers, you sharpen it into the question that actually matters.
Work
One-on-one sessions with mentors, small-group deep dives and time to actually do the work: the plan, the model, the org chart. Walks, long conversations, dinner together.
Decide
You make the decisions, turn them into a concrete plan and present it to the group. They challenge it, then you commit.
Hosted by Johan de Wit
Johan founded We Love SaaS and hosts every Founder Week. He composes the group, facilitates the sessions and makes sure every founder leaves with what they came for. The We Love SaaS team takes care of everything else, from the villa to dinner.
