We're a curated network of software & AI founders and executives. We bring the right people to the table so they can make better decisions about their business.

It started with a podcast.

Eight years ago, we started recording conversations with software founders. 300+ episodes later, those conversations turned into a community, the community turned into events, and the events kept getting bigger.

At some point we noticed something. The bigger our events got, the less happened at them. Great talks, full rooms, good drinks. And founders went home with the same open question they came with.

We had become part of the noise we wanted to help founders escape.

So we changed.

Fewer events. Smaller tables. No keynotes, no sponsored talks. We rebuilt every format around one question: what do you need to decide, and who should be at the table when you do?

Today, everything we run ends in a decision.
