That’s why we’re organizing a SaaS Pizza Night specifically for technical founders and CTOs of SaaS companies. This event will be a gathering for tech leaders within the SaaS industry. Expect no sales pitches or superficial discussions — just insightful presentations and a casual setting to connect with peers.
The evening will focus on two main topics: managing technical debt and coaching developers.
Addressing technical debt is a persistent challenge for SaaS companies. Joost Vunderink, CTO of Cloud++, will share his strategies for managing technical debt, drawing on his extensive experience with numerous SaaS products.
Additionally, we’ll explore effective ways to coach developers. Marc van Neerven will discuss the do’s and don’ts of mentoring developers and development teams.
