On 23 September 2026, SaaS Summit Benelux returns to Amsterdam for a new edition! The event will take place at Circa and brings together founders and C-level leaders of SaaS and AI companies for one focused day of learning and connection.
After previous editions, the intention remains the same, but the focus is sharper. This is not a large-scale conference and it is not designed to maximise reach. It is designed to create a setting where meaningful conversations can actually happen.
A deliberate moment to zoom out
Building a SaaS or AI company is intense. Most of the time, the right move is to stay close to the work. Shipping, fixing, deciding, moving on. But once in a while, stepping back helps. Not to escape execution, but to reflect on it with people who understand the context immediately.
SaaS Summit Benelux exists for that reason. One day to pressure-test your thinking, exchange experiences with peers, and return with clearer perspective.
How the day is structured
The program is built around flow rather than density. Strong sessions in the afternoon, plenty of space in between for conversations, and a seated dinner in the evening where discussions can continue without interruption.
There are no booths and no sponsored talks. Partners are present because they add value to the day, not because they are there to pitch. The result is a calm, focused atmosphere that feels very different from most industry events.
Intentionally small, carefully curated
Attendance is capped at 350 people. That number is very intentional. Everyone in the room is building, leading or making decisions within a SaaS or AI company. That shared reality changes the quality of conversations. They go deeper, faster, and stay relevant.
Tickets are reviewed manually to maintain that balance and to ensure the audience remains peer-based.
