– Applying the value-effort quadrant to prioritize tasks objectively based on their impact and effort required
– Conducting effective product discovery sessions

2. How to Drive Product Adoption

Gain actionable strategies to boost product adoption, from onboarding new users to sustaining ongoing engagement. This session will provide practical advice and best practices, including:
– Measuring and analyzing product usage to understand user behavior
– Optimizing onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new users
– Implementing strategies to drive long-term adoption and engagement with your product
