​On August 6, Paul Veugen (Detail) and Johan de Wit (We Love SaaS) will host an open online meetup as a follow-up to the recent podcast episode (Dutch) and LinkedIn discussions. When we shared Paul’s decision to replace Intercom with a self-built AI-driven solution, it sparked something; excitement, curiosity, and yes, also skepticism.

We received dozens of messages. Some thanked us for the wake-up call. Others challenged us. That’s why we’re coming back. Not to defend, but to explore together.
